Digital Transformation: Automating Fleet Ops & Financial Data

New Alpha General Transport partnered with Verge Sphere to execute a comprehensive digital transformation, migrating from fragmented manual Excel sheets to a unified cloud-based ecosystem. Facing operational bottlenecks with breakdown reporting and financial reconciliation, we architected a two-pronged solution. First, for Fleet Operations, we developed a custom Progressive Web App (PWA) equipped with a multilingual AI Voice Agent. This allows drivers to report incidents verbally in their native language, reducing reporting time from 20 minutes to under 60 seconds while automatically generating support tickets with vehicle data. Second, for Financial Operations, we automated the entire procurement lifecycle. Using Azure Document Intelligence, the system now ingests scanned LPOs and Invoices, instantly extracting line-item data to cross-reference against supplier contracts. This real-time reconciliation engine eliminates manual data entry errors and provides immediate visibility into maintenance costs per vehicle, enabling data-driven decision-making for the management team.
