2. AI Vision Analysis: The attachment is passed to GPT-4o Vision. The AI "reads" the document to extract line items, prices, and vendor names.
3. Validation Logic: The workflow queries the client's internal ERP via API. Does the price on the LPO match the agreed vendor price list?
4. Branching:
   • If Match: It auto-approves, digitally stamps the PDF, and replies to the supplier.
   • If Mismatch: It sends a Slack alert to the procurement manager with a "Approve/Reject" button.
